Before putting your house up for sale, you should know what's happening in the local market. A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) compares properties that are similar to yours that have sold in your area recently. By determining a range of values for homes like yours, this invaluable tool will help you to price right.

Pricing Assistance
Buyers determine value by comparison shopping. If you price too high, the right buyers won't see it, and the buyers qualified to spend more won't want it. I can help you to determine the right price for the current market.

Customized Marketing Plan
Because every house is different, I will prepare a customized marketing strategy designed to sell your home as quickly as possible, at the highest price.

Financial Investment
I make a personal financial investment in every property that I list. From newspaper ads to yard signs, I have a particular interest in meeting our objective - to sell quickly, for the highest price, and with the best terms.

Coordinate Showings
As a seller, you must be willing to allow people to look through your home, but you don't have to hassle with coordinating schedules, being a tour guide, or fielding phone inquiries.

Present All Offers
I will present every offer to you as they come in and will make sure you understand the terms involved.

I will attend the closing and be the first to congratulate you on your sale!
